By accessing Payload IQ websites, forms, or free downloads (including the Fleet Compliance Checklist), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or download our materials.
Who we are
Payload IQ provides onboard weighing and payload intelligence for bulk haul fleets. Website content is for general business information and marketing. Commercial products and services are governed by separate contracts when you engage us.
Website use

- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Do not submit false or misleading information via our forms.
Downloads and checklist materials
Free resources such as the Fleet Compliance Checklist are provided for operational awareness only. They are not legal, compliance, or engineering advice, and do not replace weighbridge processes, regulations, or a Payload IQ deployment. You remain responsible for how you apply the checklist in your operation.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, documents, and downloads remain the property of Payload IQ or its licensors. You may use free downloads for your internal business purposes. You may not sell, republish, or redistribute our materials as your own without written permission.
Enquiries and follow-up
When you submit a contact or download form, we may use the details you provide to respond, send the requested file, and follow up about Payload IQ products or services, as described in our privacy policy.
Third-party services
